摘要
目的探讨人性化手术室护理干预在腹腔镜下行全子宫切除手术的效果,以供护理工作参考。方法将我院2009年2月至2011年7月收治的60例腹腔镜下行全子宫切除手术的患者随机分为2组,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,实验组患者给予人性化的手术室护理干预,比较2组患者手术前和手术后的焦虑状态及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组患者经过我院人性化护理干预,手术后的焦虑状态降低,患者对我院护理工作更加满意,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜下行全子宫切除手术的患者给予人性化的手术室护理配合,更加符合手术需要,值得在护理工作中开展。
Objective To investigate human operating room nursing intervention in laparescopic hysterectomy surgery results for care information.Methods The hospital in February 2009 to July 2011 were treated 60 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery were randomly divided into two groups, control group patients received routine care intervention, the experimental group were treated with human operating room care intervention, compared two groups of patients before surgery and after surgery anxiety and patient care and job satisfaction.Fiesults The patients after hospital care and human intervention to reduce anxiety after surgery, patients more satisfied with hospital care, compared with the control group were significantly different （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery were treated with humane care and operating room, more in line with the need for operation, it is carried out in nursing.
