摘要
为探讨肛周深部脓肿最佳手术方法,对175例采用置管引流、冲洗及内口切开治疗。治愈173例好转2例,治愈率98.8%。结果表明,置管引流冲洗一次性治疗肛周深部脓肿能够彻底治疗并保持肛门正常功能和形态,减少术后并发症,减轻病人痛苦。
The objective of this study is to discuss the best method to treat deep perianal abscess.One hundred and seventy five patients with deep abscess underwent the procedure of incision of the inner opening,retained catheter drainage and irrigation.As results,crue was achieved in 173 cases,improvement in 2 eases,the total cure rate was 98.8%.It is suggested that the procedure can obtain such strongpaints as primary operation completeness,preservation of normal anus configuration and function,reducing postoperative complications,alleviation of postoveration pain.
