摘要
从节能改造的角度出发,提出将上海市某宾馆建筑原有活塞式制冷机加燃煤锅炉的空调方式改为地源热泵供空调和生活热水的方案,并根据建筑近3年的能耗统计,进行节能改造后的经济性分析。通过equest建模,计算出建筑全年逐时空调负荷,再利用地源热泵模拟软件对热泵的运行进行模拟。模拟结果显示:全年地源热泵系统的运行能耗比原有系统节省598.3MW·h,节能率约为40%,最后分析地源热泵改造方案的投资回收期和环境效益,提出地源热泵在宾馆类建筑中具有较好的节能前景和应用前景。
In order to save operating energy consumption and fees, the hotel determined to substitute the original piston refrigerators and coal fired boilers by ground source heat pump, which provide hot water in winter and cool water in summer, producing the domestic hot water as well. Through comparing the energy consumptions of last three years with the results of energy simulation by equest, we can make an economic analysis that the ground source heat pump produces an energy saving of 598.3MWh, nearly 40% of the average energy consumption of last 3 years. From this renovation case, we can see that ground source heat pump has a great vision in Shanghai and play a big role in the energy saving fled. The ground temperature can easily achieve a balance during the heat extract and absorb of ground source heat pump by producing domestic hot water in transition season.
