摘要
为了减少受电弓与接触网的磨损,延长弓网使用寿命,同时保证弓网受流质量,在载流摩擦磨损理论基础上,提出了一种基于接触网磨损量检测和弓网接触压力受控的受电弓主动控制系统。文章对受电弓的主动控制系统的总体结构、硬件组成及弓网接触压力的程序控制逻辑进行了详细阐述,对我国主动控制型受电弓从设计探索到实现应用具有重要的现实意义。
School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation,Xihua University,Chengdu 610039 China In order to reduce the wear on the pantograph and catenary and extend the use time of them while ensuring the quality of current collection,a kinds of pantograph active control strategy is proposed.It is based on the friction and wear with electric current theory.The strategy is characterized by testing the wear of catenary and controlling the contact pressure.The overall design of the pantograph active control system is considered.The control system hardware design and the control logic of the pantograph-catenary contact pressure are elaborated.The study has important practical significance for our country's active control by the electricity from the bow type design exploration to realize application.
