从概念隐喻看政府的意识形态与执政理念——以国务院《政府工作报告》(1978～2011)为例

Government's Ideology and Governing Concept: from the Perspective of Conceptual Metaphor

《政府工作报告》是极具代表性的政治语篇。概念隐喻在政治语篇中具有将政治现实进行概念化思维的重要作用,其使用具有强烈的时代特点和语篇特点。对我国国务院《政府工作报告》(1978～2011)中的概念隐喻进行历时性研究,可折射出改革开放以来中国社会的发展态势,反映出中国政府在意识形态和执政理念上与时俱进的微妙变化。

Government Work Reports are typical of political genre,in which conceptual metaphor plays an important role in helping conceptualizing political realities textually.As a result,Government Work Reports generally demonstrate intense temporal and generic features.The analysis of State Council＇s the Government Work Reports from 1978 to 2010 in terms of conceptual metaphor diachronically reveals how Reports accords amazingly with China＇s social development since reform and opening,and mirrors the subtle changes of the government in its ideology and governing concept as it is keeping pace with the times.
