摘要
目的评估创灼膏对糖尿病足溃疡的疗效,寻求临床治疗糖尿病足溃疡的有效方法。方法 46例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分分为实验组和对照组,对照组20例创面采用1:5000呋喃西林换药,每天一次;实验组26例创面采用创灼膏换药,每天次,两组均治疗30天,观察创面愈合情况。结果实验组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论创灼膏有良好的清除坏死组织、促进肉芽生长、促进创面愈合的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of Chuangzuo-cream on patients with diabetic foot＇s ulcer.Methods 46 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=26） and control group（n=20）.Both patients were changed fresh dressing once a day.The control group were given 1∶5000 furacilinum on wounds,while the treatment group were given Chuangzuo-cream.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chuangzuo-cream has the effect of cleaning the dead tissue and promoting the growth of granulation tissue.Chuangzuo-cream can accelerate healing of the wounds.
