绝经妇女取环160例临床分析

Clinical observation and analysis of menopausal women with IUD

目的探讨绝经妇女取环的安全有效方法。方法回顾性分析158例绝经妇女取环的病例资料,其中78例取环前口服小剂量雌激素(倍美力片0.625mg,每晚1次,连服10天),取环时采用米索前列醇片400μg,术前2h肛门内给药;80例绝经妇女取环时不采用任何药物。对妇女宫颈松弛度、取出成功率、术中疼痛情况、手术时间和阴道出血时间等情况进行比较。结果用药组绝经妇女取环时宫颈松弛度、取出成功率、术中疼痛情况、手术时间和阴道出血时间等明显优于对照组(P<0.01),且无明显药物不良反应发生。结论小剂量雌激素联合米索前列醇片是提高绝经妇女取环成功率的一种安全有效方法。

Objective To investigate the safe and effective methods for the menopausal women to take IUD.Methods The clinical data of 158 c menopausal women with IUD were retrospective analyzed.78 cases were treated by oral administration of small doses of estrogen（Premarin tablets 0.625mg,1 night,even for 10 days） before taking IUD.Meters misoprostol tablets 400ug,2h before surgery anal administration was used in taking IUD;80 cases of menopausal women did not use any drugs in taking IUD.Cervical laxity,the success rate of removal,the pain of surgery,operative time and bleeding time were compared.Results The degree of cervical relaxation,the success rate of take out,the pain of surgery,operative time and bleeding time of taking medication group were more improve than control group（P〈0.01）,and no significant adverse drug reaction.Conclusion The treatment of low-dose estrogen tablets combined with misoprostol is a safe and effective method to improve the success rate in postmenopausal women.
