摘要
目的对比思密达和思密达加用妈咪爱(Mediac-vita)治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将228例腹泻患儿随机分成两组,给予相同的常规治疗。治疗组采用常规补液、思密达口服,并用微生态制剂妈咪爱;对照组给予常规补液、思密达口服,观察两组只患儿疗效差异。结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为83.48%和68.14%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论微生态制剂妈咪爱在治疗婴幼儿腹泻病中疗效确切,适于推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Smecta, Smecta with Mediac-vita in treating children diar-rhea. Methods Two hundred and twenty eight patients with diarrhea were divide into two groups, all which given oral feeding, liquid therapy, the treatment group of patients with Smecta and Mediac-vita, while the control group with Smec-ta, The clinical effect were observed after the treatment. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 83.48, while the one of the control group was 68.14% ,with the statiatically signficant difference. Conclusion The treatment of Smecta and Mediac-vita has the curative effect, prior to the treatment of Smecta.
