人体抵抗艾滋病病毒免疫与防预探讨

目的观察高效抗逆转录病毒与白细胞介素2联合治疗对艾滋病患者免疫重建的效果。方法将30例艾滋病患者随机分为2组,每组15例,一组采用HAART治疗作为对照组,另一组采用HAART联合白细胞介素2治疗作为观察组。结果观察组的免疫细胞计数随着治疗时间的延长与对照组比较差异愈加明显。结论联合治疗在八周内与单一治疗并无差异,但是从第12周开始差异开始产生。

Objective to observe the efficient antiretroviral and interleukin2 treatment of AIDS patients immune reconstruction effect.Methods of 30 cases of AIDS patients were randomly divided into two groups each group in 15 patients,a group of HAART used as control group,another group of the joint interleukin 2 HAART treatment as research group.Results The observation group immune cell counts as the treatment the extension of time difference compared with the more obvious.Conclusion Combination therapy in eight weeks and a single treatment and no difference,but from 12 weeks differences began to produce.
