利他林治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床应用

摘要 利他林作为注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的一线用药,已在临床广泛应用,具有良好的疗效和安全性。但是利他林的用药方法与一般药物有着很大的差异,其疗效与合理用药密切相关。本文就利他林治疗儿童ADHD的作用机理、药代动力学、适应证、用药剂量和方法、不良反应和疗效评估等问题作了概述。
