高职教育的使命是培养全面发展的“职业人”

高职教育不能等同于谋职教育、技术教育、岗前教育,更不能强调高职教育的目的就是以"就业"为目的的"订单式教育"。人们在理解高职教育的培养目标时有片面化、功利化的倾向,忽视了人的全面、协调、可持续发展,忽视了学生综合素质的提高,忽视了人之所以为人、人之所以能发展的重要基础。正所谓"有所为、才有所位",高职教育应是帮助学生从"社会人"转变为"职业人"的康庄大道。
