文章从薄弱学校的概念的界定入手,阐述了薄弱学校概念的基本内涵和薄弱学校存在的基本特征。笔者从国家政府层面分析阐述了薄弱学校的现状和产生的原因。并在此基础上从国家政府角度提出了改造薄弱学校的对策,包括转变观念,确立均衡的基础教育发展战略;对薄弱学校进行政策性倾斜;建立多极化的学校评价体系。
