摘要
为了以低成本准确地检测爆炸物,设计了一种基于分子印迹技术的传感器.它用分子印迹技术制备的分子印迹聚合物作为传感器的识别元件,压电晶体作为转换元件,将识别元件固定到转换元件上制作而成.文中还介绍了传感器输出信号的检测及处理电路的设计.实验结果表明该传感器具有良好的灵敏度和重复性,如对三硝基甲苯(2,4,6-Trinitrotoluence,TNT)检测限可达到10-6 g.该传感器小巧轻便,有望用于机场、火车站等安检部门.
In order to detect explosives at a low cost and with high accuracy a sensor is derigned based on Molecular Imprinting Technique(MIT).Molecular Imprinted Polymers(MIPs) which are prepared by MIT can be used as the sensor recognition element,and the piezoelectric crystal as the conversion element.The sensor was made by fixing the recognition element to the conversion element.The detection of the sensor output signal and the design of its processing circuit are also introduced,and finally the experimental results are given.The results show that the sensor has good sensitivity and repeatability.The detection limit of TNT can reach to 10-6 g.Being is small and portable,the sensor is expected to be used in airports,railway stations and other security departments.
