摘要
为了研究人力资源配置与区域产业结构之间的内在关联性,文中采用灰色理论和方法,对西安市的产业结构与人力资源配置之间的关联度进行了定量分析.研究结果显示:第三产业产值对从业人数关联度最高为2.56;农业产值对从业人数的关联度为2.48;工业产值对从业人数的关联度最小为2.45.这表明西安市第三产业产值与其行业从业人数具有很大的依赖性.
The paper makes a quantitative analysis of the correlation between Xi'an regional industrial structure and human resources allocation by using the grey theory and method.The findings show that the degree of the correlation between the tertiary sector output and its employed population is the largest(2.56);the degree of the correlation between the farming output and its employed population is 2.48;the one between the industrial output and its employed population is the smallest.It is concluded that the tertiary sector output is largely dependent on the size of its employed population.
