摘要
"百姓事马上办"是宁海新闻网联合效能办的一个便民服务栏目,受理群众投诉,并通过投诉处理、记者代言,发挥舆论作用。本文以学理的角度,在观照政府、媒体与百姓互动关系现状的基础上,剖析"百姓事马上办"栏目为政府、行业主管部门与老百姓之间架设沟通桥梁的做法及成效,从而为政府、媒体与百姓三者的亲密互动寻找良方。
"People's Things First" is a service column jointly run by the Ninghai news net and Ninghai's Efficiency Agency to deal with people's complaints.When handling complaints,the reporters act the role of spokesman and public opinions are involved.From the academic perspective,the paper makes a study on the status quo of interaction between governmental organizations,the media and people and analyzes the effectiveness of this column in bridging the communication gap between the three parts.The paper aims at finding a good solution to the sound interaction between the three parts.
