Research on the Social Needs of Higher Vocational Accounting Personnel

区域经济对会计人才的需求是高职院校会计专业人才培养的目标与依据。本文通过对廊坊地区内企业会计人才需求调研,发现当前中小企业对专科及以下初级会计人才的需求量最大;高职院校培养的毕业生与社会需求存在差距。

The demand of accounting personnel is the target of higher vocational education to serve the regional economic development. Based on the survey, a great demand of accounting personnel comes from many medium and small enterprises in Langfang. The survey also shows that these enterprises need elementary level accountants the most. However the gap is obvious between the vocational education and social needs. This paper put forward some suggestions from the following perspectives such as talents cultivation standard orientation, curriculum reform, accounting practice and training.
