摘要
本文对荔枝低温气调贮藏条件和充气包装 (MAP)条件进行了研究。结果表明 :荔枝的最佳贮藏温度为 3℃ ,荔枝的最佳充气包装条件为 :O2 :6 % ,CO2 :3% ,N2 :91% ,贮于 3℃的低温环境中 ,6 0天仍能保持良好的外观和内在品质。
The condition of controlled atmosphere under low temperature for the conservation of litchi,and the condition of MAP were analyzed in this paper.It is found that the appropriate temperature for the conservation of litchi is 3℃,and that the right condition of modified atmosphere packaged litchi is with oxygen 6%,carbon dioxide 3% and nitrogen 91%.Under such condition,the litchi can keep fresh 60 days later.
