摘要
在施工过程中采用常规的爆破方法已不能满足安全及质量要求,考虑到爆破作业区域的实际条件、岩石的构造以及工期等的影响,采用周边深孔预裂与光面爆破,主体深孔松动爆破的爆破施工方法,施工时先对主体进行松动爆破并对中间进行掏槽取渣后,在中间留有爆破自由面的基础上对边坡周边进行预裂爆破,最后再对边坡预留的1 m进行光面爆破的方法,爆破时采用一次分段爆破的方法,预裂爆破主爆破孔与松动主爆破孔用迟发雷管同次分段起爆,主爆破迟后预裂孔150~200 ms,同时对靠近国道部位的斜坡2~3 m处的土石用静态破碎剂进行破碎,取得了较好的效果。
In the construction process by using conventional blasting method can not satisfy the safety and quality requirements,taking into account the blasting area actual conditions,rock structure as well as the construction and so on,decided to adopt the surrounding deep hole presplitting and smooth blasting in deep hole loose blasting,the main blasting construction method,construction of the first main body and the loose blasting intermediate cutting slag fetching,in the middle of a blasting free surface based on slope presplitting blasting on nearby,then on slope reserved 1m for smooth blasting blasting method,using a blasting method,main blast hole presplitting blasting and loosening blasting hole with the main delay detonator time sectional blasting,blasting presplitting holes after the late Lord 150~200 ms,at the same time near the National Road site slope of 2~3 m soil by using static breaking agent to break.
