摘要
本文通过对598名更年期妇女断面调查,分析绝经,性激素与血压之间的关系。结果表明,绝经后妇女高血压患病率显著高于同年龄组绝经前妇女,孕酮和睾酮是血压的重要影响因素之一。
The relationship between menopause, sex hormone and blood pressure was explored in 148 women (61 cases of hypertensive and 87 cases of control) which were obtained from crosssectional investigation of 598 Chinese women aged 40～54 years. The results showed that post menopausal women had higher prevalence of hypertension than premenopausal ones while age had been adjusted. Progesterone and testosterone were two important factors which affect blood pressure.
