负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足难愈创面32例 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨持续负压封闭引流(vacuum-sealing drainage,VSD)技术治疗糖尿病足创面的临床效果。方法:应用VSD治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面32例。结果:32例病足均痊愈,植皮皮片存活良好,创面满足植皮条件时间10~16d。结论:负压封闭引流治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面,可促进创面炎症消退,刺激创面肉芽生长,同时能为皮肤缺损创面二期植皮创造有利的手术条件,明显缩短治疗时间,效果显著。 Objective : To discuss the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage(vacuum-sealing drainage, VSD) technology in treatment of diabetic foot wounds. Methods : VSD was applied in treatment of 32 cases of diabetic foot ulcer wound. Results : 32 cases of patients' feet were cured, the skin graft survived, wound met the grafting conditions for 10-16 days. Conclusion : The vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers can promote wound inflammation subsided, stimulate the growth of granulation for skin wounds and create a favorable surgical conditions, and significantly shorten the treatment time, and the effect is significant.
