摘要
目的:探讨室间隔缺损修补术后残余分流的原因及预防措施。方法:回顾分析笔者所在医院2008年1-至2011年12月1862例室间隔缺损修补的病例资料,分析76例室间隔残余分流的原因、预防措施及预后。结果:室间隔残余分流的发生率4.08%,4例再次手术治疗,68例于1年后自然愈合,另4例漏口缩小,不需再次手术。结论:成熟的外科技术、良好的术野暴露及丰富的手术经验是预防VSD术后残余分流的主要因素,残余分流大多可自然愈合,再次手术应严格把握指征。
Objective : To investigate the causes and prevention of residual shunts after surgical repair for ventricular septal defects(VSD). Methods : Retrospective analysis of 1862 patients undergoing surgical repair for VSD from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2011 was made. 76 patients who had residual shunt were analyzed, the causes of residual shunts, prevention and pregnosis were also analyzed. Results : The incidence of residual shunts after surgical repair for VSD was 4.08%(76/1862). 4 patients were reoperated, 68 patients healed spontaneously after one year, the next 4 patients turned better. Conclusion : Mature surgical technique, excellent operative field exposure and rich operation experience are the main prevention of residual shunts. Residual shunt can mostly be natural healing. It is recommended that people should pay attention to adopting a prudent policy to reoperation.
