天丹通络胶囊治疗脑梗死(恢复期)的临床研究

Clinical research on treating cerebral infarction in convalescence with Tiandan Tongluo capsule

目的:观察天丹通络胶囊治疗脑梗死(恢复期)的疗效。方法:将80例脑梗死(恢复期)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例,两组均予常规治疗,治疗组加用天丹通络胶囊口服,疗程为4周。观察治疗前后患者的神经功能缺损程度评分及血液流变学、血脂指标。结果:治疗组神经功能、血流变学指标、血脂指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天丹通络胶囊是治疗脑梗死(恢复期)的有效中药制剂。

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of Tiandan Tongluo capsule on treating cerebral infarction in convalescence. Methods： 80 cases of cerebral infarction convalescence patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, both groups were treated with conventional medicine.the treatment group were treated with Tiandan Tongluo capsule additionally. Before and after treatment for 28 days, all patients were evaluated with neurological deficit score, the indexes of hemorheology and blood-lipid parameters. Results： In the treatment group NDS, the indexes of hemorheology and blood-lipid parameters were superior to those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusions： Tiandan Tongluo capsule is an effective TCM in the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence.
