整肠生合参苓白术散加减治疗小儿病毒性肠炎50例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 50 cases of viral enteritis in children with Zhengchangsheng plus Shenling atractylodes scattered

目的:观察整肠生合参苓白术散加减治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例符合病例入选标准的病毒性肠炎患儿100例随机分为观察组、对照组,每组50例。两组均给予整肠生治疗,每次0.5g,每日3次,口服。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用参苓白术散加减治疗,每日1剂,水煎分服。两组均为3d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:观察组为68.00%,对照组为95.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率观察组为95.00%,对照组为84.00%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、发热等临床症状观察组消失时间较对照组短,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整肠生合参苓白术散加减治疗小儿病毒性肠炎临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of Shenlingbaizhu powder addition and subtraction of Bacillus licheniformis in the treatment of infantile virus enteritis. Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The two groups were given the Bacillus licheniformis treatment, 0.5g each time, 3 times a day, oral. The observation group on the basis of the treatment in control group were treated with Shenlingbaizhu powder, 1 agent a day, water decoction and minutes. 3 days as a courses, to observe the effect after a courses. Results： the observation group was 68%, 95% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P0.05 ）; the total effectiveness in treatment group was 95%, 84% in the control group, there were significant differences between the 2 groups （ P0.05 ）. Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever and other clinical symptoms observation group than in the control group. The time is short, the 2 groups were compared the difference was statistically significant （ P0.05 ）. Conclusion： the Bacillus licheniformis and Shenlingbaizhu powder for treating children virus enteritis has a curative effect.
