摘要
目的:改变清喉利咽的剂型,明确提取工艺的加水量、提取次数。方法:通过以黄芩苷、桔梗皂苷D为考察指标,研究清喉利咽含片在提取过程中的加水量、提取次数。结果:提取工艺的确定:将黄芩等十味先温浸1h,煎煮2次,第1次加水10倍量,煎1h;第2次加水8倍量,煎40min,滤过,合并滤液。结论:加水量越大,药液中桔梗皂苷D、黄芩苷含量相应变高,但提高幅度不是很大,由于溶媒量过大在浓缩时会造成能源浪费,故通过综合评价将加水量定为第一次10倍量,第二次8倍量。
Objective: To change the formulations of the Qinghou Liyan lozenge, and to clear extraction process of water extraction times. Methods: Through treated baicalin, platycodin D as the index, to clear the amount of water and extraction times during the extraction process of Qinghou Liyan lozenge. Results: The extraction process to determine: skullcap Shiwei first soaking 1 hour boiling secondary, for the first time plus 10 times the amount of water, fried 1 hour; eight times the amount of the second add water, boiled for 40minutes, filtering, merging filtrate. Conclusions: The greater the amount of water, the higher liquid platycodin D content of baicalin correspondingly, but the margin of increase is not large, solvent excessive resulting in energy waste in concentrated, it will be added through the comprehensive evaluation of water as first 10 times, the second eight times.
