解毒益气活血方抑制血管生成的实验研究

Experimental study of Jiedu Yiqi Huoxue recipe on suppressing angiogenesis

目的:探讨解毒益气活血方对体外血管形成的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法观察解毒益气活血方对人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)增殖的影响。结果:解毒益气活血方在10%～20%浓度范围内,具有抑制血管内皮增殖作用(内皮存活率在63.8%～58.5%),且均与对照组有显著差异。结论:解毒益气活血方(10%～20%)在体外具有抑制血管增殖作用。

Objective： To discuss the inhibition of Jiedu Yiqi Huoxue recipe against angiogenesis in vitro. Methods： MTT method was used to observe the effect of Jiedu Yiqi Huoxue recipe against human umbilical vein endothelial cells （HUVECs） proliferation. Results： In the concentration range of 10%～20%, Jiedu Yiqi Huoxue recipe could inhibit the role of vascular endothelial proliferation （endothelial survival rate of 63.8%～58.5%）. Conclusion： Jiedu Yiqi Huoxue recipe （10%～20%） could inhibit the vascular proliferation in vitro.
