透穴配合穴位注射及TDP治疗原发性三叉神经痛

Treating idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia by acupoint injection plus TDP

目的:观察透穴配合穴位注射及TDP治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床疗效。方法:将56例患者随机分为透穴配合穴位注射及TDP治疗组(32例)和单纯毫针对照组(24例)。结果:透穴配合穴位注射及TDP治疗组总有效率为96.9%(31/32),明显优于单纯毫针组的75%(18/24),两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:透穴配合穴位注射及TDP治疗原发性三叉神经痛有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of acupoint injection plus TDP in treating idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： 56 patients were randomly divided into the treated group （32 cases） and the control group （24 cases）; the treated group was given acupoint injection plus TDP; the control group was given simple needle. Results： The total effective rate was 96.9% （31/32） in the treated group, better than 75% （18/24） in the control group; The differences were statistically significance （P0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint injection plus TDP was effective in treating idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia.
