奇正消痛贴联合延年半夏汤治疗急性胃痛临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation on treating acute stomach pain with the Qizheng Xiaotong stickers plus Yannian Banxia decoction

目的:探讨运用奇正消痛贴联合延年半夏汤治疗急性胃痛的临床效果。方法:将我院81例采用奇正消痛贴联合延年半夏汤治疗急性胃痛的病例(治疗组)和随机取70例采用速效救心丸治疗的病例(对照组)进行回顾性分析,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:从疗效评定分析,治疗组总有效率为96.2%,对照总有效率为81.4%。两组效果有显著差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:奇正消痛贴联合延年半夏汤可明显改善临床症状,副作用小,值得在临床中推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect on treating acute stomach pain with the Qizheng Xiaotong stickers plus Yannian Banxia decoction. Methods： 81 patients in our hospital using Qizheng Xiaotong stickers plus Yannian Banxia decoction in the treatment of acute stomachache patients （treatment group） and 70cases with random Suxiao Jiuxin Pill in treating cases （control group ） were retrospectively analyzed, compared with the treatment effect of the two groups. Results： From the evaluation of curative effect , the total efficiency of treatment groupe was 96.2%, the total efficiency was 81.4% in the control group. The effects of two groups was significant difference （P0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusions： Qizheng Xiaotong stickers plus Yannian Banxia decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, has small side effect, is worth of clinical promotion.
