加味八正散治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症112例

Treating 112 cases of TURP surgery complications with Jiawei Bazheng San

目的:观察用加味八正散治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症的临床疗效。方法:将112例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例。治疗组用乳酸左氧氟沙星静滴加服用加味八正散治疗;对照组给予乳酸左氧氟沙星、氨甲环酸静滴,及给予盐酸黄酮哌酯片口服治疗。结果:治疗组较对照组无论在术后膀胱痉挛还是术后止血J均有明显优势,两组比较具有统计学意义P<0.05)。结论:加味八正散治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Jiawei Bazheng San in treating TURP surgery complications. Methods： 112 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, 56 for each. The treated group was given levofloxacin lactate intravenous infusion plus Jiawei Bazheng San; the control group was given levofloxacin Lactate, tranexamic acid intravenous infusion and flavonoids piperazine hydrochloride axetil tablets. Results： Effects of the treated group were better in bladder spasm and postoperative hemostasis, the differences were statistically significance （P0.05）. Conclusion： Jiawei Bazheng San was effective in treating TURP surgery complications.
