咽舒宁口服液对实验性慢性咽炎家兔IL-6表达的影响

摘要 目的:探讨咽舒宁口服液对家兔慢性咽炎模型IL-6表达的影响。方法:应用氨水喷炎和松节油咽部注射制备慢性咽炎动物模型,给予慢严舒柠和咽舒宁口服液低、中、高剂量进行治疗,观察并比较药物对模型动物血清IL-6表达的影响。结果:咽舒宁口服液不同剂量组和慢严舒柠组均可以降低慢性咽炎家兔模型IL-6的表达(P<0.05);以咽舒宁中剂量组降低最为明显(P<0.01)。结论:咽舒宁口服液能显著降低实验性慢性咽炎家兔血清IL-6水平,发挥抗炎作用,减少病灶处炎性细胞的聚集,促进慢性咽炎痊愈,实现其治疗慢性咽炎的目的。 Objective: To discuss the influence of Yanshuning oral liquid against experimental chronic pharyngitis rabbit IL-6 expression. Methods: Ammonia spray inflammation and turpentine pharyngeal injection were applyed to prepare animal models of chronic pharyngitis, given the Manyan Shuning and Yanshuning oral solution low, medium and high dose to treat, observing and comparing the influence of drugs on animal models IL-6 expression. Results: Yanshuning oral liquid different dose group and Manyan Shuning group could reduce the rabbit model of chronic pharyngitis, IL-6 expression (P0.05); Yanshuning middle dose group decreased most significantly (P0.01). Conclusion: Yanshuning oral liquid was effective in treating chronic pharyngitis.
