摘要
针对转管武器自动机开闭锁受力异常的问题,建立了受力和运动与实际样机基本一致的虚拟样机模型.运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS进行了仿真分析,找出了原自动机发生失效的原因,提出了改进办法,使自动机受力得到改善,避免了故障的再发生,并分析了改进后的自动机运动特性.仿真结果表明:改进后自动机运动平稳,各运动特性满足设计要求.
To overcome the abnormality of locking force of a Gatling weapon's automatic mechanism,the paper established a virtual prototype model which could simulate the force and the motion of the mechanism,and conducted the simulation analysis by using dynamic simulation software ADAMS,finding out the reasons why the original automatic mechanism failed to work.Also the paper took several measures to avoid the recurrence of failures and analyzed the motion characteristics of the improved automatic mechanism.According to the simulation results,the improved automatic mechanism operated smoothly,and motion characteristics met the design requirements.
