About problems of urine-formed elements examined by automated instruments

本文根据ISO15189现代检验医学质量管理理念,结合近10年自动化仪器检查尿有形成分方法学进展和国内在应用这些先进技术存在的问题,全面阐述了各类尿液有形成分自动化检验仪器的原理、应用价值及方法学的局限性,镜检筛选的概念、筛选标准制定的原则和方法,笔者根据近20年这方面的实践经验和科研工作成果提出的几点拙见,供同道参考。

According to the concepts of quality management in modern laboratory medicine required by ISO 15189,progress in examining urine formed elements by automated instruments in the past 10 years,and domestic problems in applying these advanced technologies,this article comprehensively elaborated the principles of all kinds of automated instruments for examining urine-formed elements,the value in application,the limitation in methodology,the concept of microscopic screening,as well as principles and methods for formulating the screening standard.The author proposes several opinions for people engaged in the same pursuit according to the experience and achievements in scientific research in this aspect over the past 20 years.
