The paper introduces a new insertion fluidic flowrate meter. The meter has simple construct and is easy to operate. The meter has a fluidic flowmeter at the top of the inserting pipe and counts the fluidic pulse that are proportional to the measured fluid flow velocity. The meter has excellent sensitivity to low velocities.It can measure high temperature gases.Both gas and liquid velocity can be measured with it. The operational principle, experimental result and applied examples of the flowrate meter are described.
