1999～2008年四川大学华西医院内科住院患者疾病与饮酒相关性调查

Investigation on drinking-related diseases in Medical Department of West China Hospital in from 1999 to 2008

目的了解1999～2008年四川大学华西医院内科住院患者疾病与饮酒相关性情况。方法采用回顾性分层随机抽样调查方法,按照ICD-10酒相关性疾病诊断标准,使用统一设计的调查表对四川大学华西医院1999～2008年消化内科、内分泌科、神经内科、心血管内科共计8000例患者进行调查。结果①有饮酒经历者和无饮酒经历者性别、民族、职业、婚姻状况比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②本研究调查的患者中有饮酒经历者2279人,占调查患者的28.49%;规律饮酒者932人,占有饮酒经历者的40.90%;有饮酒经历者吸烟的比例高于无饮酒经历者(P<0.01);③酒相关性疾病患者共1521例,其中所患疾病最多的是2型糖尿病,占有饮酒经历者人数的13.08%。结论酒相关性内科疾病在综合医院内科住院患者中占较高比例且涉及多器官、多系统,本次调查发现比例最高的是2型糖尿病。饮酒与否受性别、民族、职业、婚姻状况等因素影响且常合并吸烟而加重损害。应加大宣传教育力度,增强人们对饮酒的正确认识,尽量减少饮酒量和饮酒频率,从而减少酒相关性疾病的发生。

Objective Objective To study the correlation between diseases and drinking of inpatients in the medical department in West China Hospital with from 1999 to 2008. Methods 8000 random samples from the gastroenterology,endocrinology,neurology,and cardiovascular department of our hospital from 1999 to 2008 were investigated by the same questionnaire in a retrospective stratified study according to ICD-10 criteria of alcohol-related diseases. Results Differences were significant between patients with and without drinking experience in gender,nationality,occupation,and marital status（P 0.05）.The number of patients with drinking experience was 2279（28.49%） in which 932 were regular drunker（40.90%）.Patients with drinking experience had higher prevalence rates of smoking than those without drinking experience（P 0.01）.1521 patients had drinking-related diseases in which the major one was type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）（13.08%）. Conclusions Drinking-related diseases have a high incidence among patients in the medical department of the general hospital,in which T2DM is the most frequently-occurred disease.Whether drinking or not is affected by gender,nationality,occupation,marriage and other factors,and often aggravate damage in association with smoking.So we should enlarge propaganda,enhance people＇s correct awareness of drinking,and try to reduce alcohol consumption and drinking frequency,thus reduce the incidence of diseases related to drinking.
