四川省凉山州麻醉医生心理健康调查分析

Analyses of the mental health status of anesthetists in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture

目的了解四川省凉山州麻醉医生心理健康状态。方法采用问卷调查法,应用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查,分析四川省凉山州麻醉医生心理健康状态。结果 102名麻醉医生中SCL-90总分超过160分的有12人(11.76%),最高分300分;12人均存在不同程度的心理健康问题,主要表现为抑郁、敌对、强迫、焦虑和偏执等。结论凉山州麻醉医生存在一定程度的心理健康问题,应引起个人、医院及社会的高度重视。

Objective To investigate the metal health status of anesthetists in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture. Methods Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90） was used to analyses the mental health status of anesthetists in Liangshan. Results Among the 102 anesthetists,12 obtained the total score of more than 160 in SCL-90,with the highest score as 300.The primary manifestation of them included depression,hostility,obsession,anxiety,paranoid and so forth. Conclusions The anesthetists in Liangshan have mental health problems to some degree.Each anesthetist,hospital and society should pay high attention to this problem.
