摘要
目的:观察阿米三嗪治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴呼吸衰竭(RF)的疗效。方法:阿米三嗪治疗COPD伴RF35例为治疗组,30例为对照组(未应用阿米三嗪),观察动脉血气指标、6min步行试验距离改善情况。结果:治疗组动脉血气指标、6min步行试验距离较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:阿米三嗪治疗COPD伴RF疗效确切、安全。
Objective ：To observe the effects of almitrine in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD） with respiratory failure（RF）.Methods ：35 COPD patients with RF received almitrine as treatment group, and 30 patients as control group.Monitoring artery blood gas indexes, 6-minute walk test（6MWT）.Results ：Treatment group improved in artery blood gas indexes and 6MWT（P〈O.O5）significantly. Conclusion ：Almitrine in treatnaent of COPD with RF was safe and effective.
