进展性脑梗死的危险因素分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨进展性脑梗死的危险因素。方法:选择进展性脑梗死50例患者和稳定性脑梗死50例患者的临床资料进行对比分析。结果:进展性脑梗死患者合并血管狭窄、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症的例数明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:血管狭窄、高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、感染、发热是进展性脑梗死患者的危险因素,采取积极地干预对策可以提高疗效。
