Building the New Mode of Educational Administration Management Based on TQM

全面质量管理(TQM)作为一种先进的管理模式,正被引入到高等教育中来。本文基于TQM理念,以构建教务管理新模式为目标,从四个方面对我校教务管理改革的要点和难点进行研究与探讨,可为学校下一步教务管理改革理清思路,整体地提高教务管理服务理念与水平,于我校教务管理现代化建设的长远规划上具有现实指导意义。

Total quality management（TQM）,as an advanced management mode,is being introduced to higher education.This article was based on TQM,with building new model of teaching affairs management as the target,discussed the difficulties and key points in the educational administration reform of our university from four aspects,which can guide the next reform and improve the educational administration service and have realistic guiding significance for the long-term plan of moderation construction of educational administration reform.
