摘要
建设创新型国家需要创新型人才。提高人才培养质量,多培养创新人才,走内涵发展的道路,是当前高校最紧急、最重要的任务。本文论述了实现创新人才培养的一些思路。
Creative talents are in great need in order to make our nation characterized by high level of innovation and creativity.To improve the quality and the number of creative talents with the development of exploring own characteristics is the most important and urgent task of our universities currently.This paper is aimed to argue and demonstrate some ideas concerning how to realize the cultivation of creative talents.
