中医内科硕士研究生培养现状及培养模式探索

Researching on Training-status and Training-method of Master of Internal Medicine of TCM

本文对我校中医内科学专业研究生现存培养模式及成果进行了全面的分析和总结,并从硕士研究生培养的教学管理角度,就培养体系及模式作出了设想和探索,提出应从建立有效的研究生临床教学管理运行机制、制定规范的管理制度、制定具有学科特色的专业培养方案、加强研究生指导教师队伍的建设、注重培养学生的科研思维与能力等五方面来确保研究生培养质量,从而更好地促进学科发展,构建人才战略工程。

The article generally analyzes and summarizes training methods and achievements of graduate students specialized in internal medicine in Chengdu University of TCM,and from an angle of management of training graduate students,advances planning ideas and exploratory research about training system and training method,suggests that we should guarantee quality of graduate students training from five aspects on establishing effectual management operating mechanism of clinical teaching,drawing up normalized managerial system,paying attention to train students＇ ideation of scientific research,in order to better advance the development of discipline,constructive the strategic project for talented people.
