摘要
为探析工科大学研究生人格特点,优化和塑造其人格,为提高其心理健康水平提供理论依据,采用卡特尔十六种个性(人格)因素量表(16PF)对2146名工科大学研究生进行调查,结果表明工科大学研究生16种人格因素得分属中等水平。工科大学研究生的某些人格特质在性别、学历层次和年级上的差异具有统计学意义。
To analyzes the college of engineering graduate student personality characteristic,optimizes and molds its personality,and enhance the engineering university graduate student psychological health.By using the 16PF to survey 2146 engineering university graduate students.The results show the college of engineering graduate student＇s personality trait is the medium level;The college of engineering graduate student＇s certain personality special characteristic in the sex,the school record level and the grade difference has statistics significance.
