Thirdly, this paper expounds that Emperor Qianlong warns his later generations to bear in mind the teachings from Emperor Kangxi, such as ＂managing military, comforting the distant places, chasing simplicity and loving things including people, and never regard the Mountain Summer Resort as leisure ＆ recreational place so as to avoid making the country perish like Han Dynasty or Tang Dynasty.
