Management of university electron reading room

对高校图书馆电子阅览室的利用现状进行了分析,提出了通过建立完备的规章制度和规范的管理,加强电子阅览室的宣传,加大对读者培训力度,提高工作人员业务能力等措施,进一步提升电子阅览室的管理水平。

This paper analyzed the present utilization status of university electron reading room and proposed some measures to improve the management effect, such as establishing system rules and normative measures, strengthening the publicity of the electronic reading room and the readers＇ training, improving staff levels.
