摘要
分析了工程项目标段划分的现状和特点,从工程总成本的角度出发,把新古典经济学提出的生产成本与新制度经济学提出的交易成本统一起来,剖析了工程项目划分标段数与生产成本、交易成本之间的关系,并得出了相关结论。
The paper analyzes the current status and features of the section classification in engineering program,points out the combination of the production cost by neo-classic economics and the trading costs of new system economics from the general engineering cost,illustrates the relation among the section numbers of the engineering program,the production cost and the trading cost and has relative conclusions.
