According to the engineering example for the high-rise buildings,the paper analyzes the settlement difference caused by the reduction the settlement joint between high-rise buildings and skirt buildings with post-poured band,introduces the design methods of the transfer story,undertakes the structural calculation analysis,and concludes some instructive conclusion.
