摘要
研究了加强建筑施工质量管理的作用,分析了建筑施工质量的影响因素和存在的问题,并提出了提高建筑施工质量管理的几点措施,包括提高质量管理意识,建立施工质量目标责任制,强化施工质量监督管理三方面内容,以期指导实践。
The paper researches the improvement of the role of the quality management in architectural construction,analyzes the influential factors and problems of the quality of the architectural construction,and indicates some measure to improve the quality management of the architectural construction,including the improvement of the awareness of the quality management,the establishment of the responsibility system of the quality aims,and the enhancement of the supervision management of the construction quality,so as to direct the practice.
