聚氨酯海绵负载聚苯胺吸附还原Cr(Ⅵ)离子的研究 被引量:3

Study on Adsorption and Reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) by Polyaniline Loaded on Polyurethane Foam

摘要 采用化学氧化聚合法在聚氨酯海绵(PUF)上原位生长聚苯胺(PAn)制备了PAn/PUF二元复合物,并将该复合物应用于处理废水中的Cr(Ⅵ)离子.考察了聚苯胺负载比、底物Cr(Ⅵ)离子浓度、溶液pH值及温度等因素对吸附还原过程的影响规律.结果表明,当聚苯胺在聚氨酯海绵上的负载质量分数达到5.83%时,溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可达到99.99%;该复合物能在较宽的pH值范围(2~7)内有效地去除Cr(Ⅵ)离子(96.05%~93.88%),且该复合物经过适当的酸处理后仍可重复利用.此外,对吸附-还原过程进行了动力学分析,推测了该过程的可能机理. Polyaniline/polyurethane foam binary composite was prepared by an in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization method, and the composite was used for treatment of Cr( VI ) ion in the wastewater. The effect of polyaniline loading amount, concentration of the substrate Cr(V[) ion, pH value in the solution, as well as temperature on the adsorption and reduction performance of PAn/PUF composite was investigated. The results show that Cr(WI) removal ratio can reach 99.99% when the loading amount of polyaniline in the polyurethane foam amounts to 5.83 wt% ; the composite can effectively remove Cr(VI) ion (96.05%-93.88% ) in a wide range of pH (2 - 7), and the composite can still be reused when treating with appropriate acid. In addition, the possible mechanism of adsorotion-reduction process was also proposed based on the analysis of its kinetics,
