叙述了工程造价管理的含义,总结了目前工程造价管理存在的问题,针对这些问题提出了加强造价管理的有效措施和建议,以达到降低工程造价,提高经济效益的目的。
The paper indicates the concept of the engineering costs management,sums up the problems in the current costs management of projects,and points out the effective measures and suggestions for improving the costs management,so as to lower the engineering costs and improve the economic benefits.
