采用模糊控制技术的电气设备防凝露控制器 被引量:11

摘要 针对高压开关设备内部容易出现凝露的问题,提出了一种智能型防凝露控制方法,通过同时采集箱内、外温湿度信息,采用智能芯片对将两组信息进行模糊推理,得出加热和排气的控制策略,达到主动防凝露的目的.研制出了防凝露控制器试验装置,并在多个变电站进行了长时间的现场试验,达到了良好的效果.采用模糊控制理论的控制策略,实现了设备环境的温度、湿度的可靠测量和控制,具有良好控制曲线和平稳的控制性能,提高了控制效率,延长了传感器、加热器和排风扇的使用寿命,同时具有了非常显著的节能效果. In this paper,an intelligent control method to prevent moist for outdoor terminal box is presented.It prevents moist by collecting the information of temperature and humidity inside and outside of the terminal box and processing the collected information by fuzzy reasoning to get the determinant control condition of the heater and the fan.In addition,the intelligent controller to prevent moist has been developed.With the long-term field test in several substations,the experimental device attains favorable effect.Comparing with the traditional device by heating and dehumidifying,accurate measurement and control for the temperature and humidity in the box can be achieved by fuzzy control,and it has a better control curve and steady control performance;the efficiency of control is improved and the life of sensor,heater and fan is prolonged and it has an obvious energy-saving effect.
