中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床研究

Clinical research of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法将本院2010年9月～2011年11月收治入院的COPD患者68例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各34例。对照组给予西药常规抗感染、平喘治疗等,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予自拟中药口服,每日1剂,7d为1个疗程。两组均治疗2个疗程。结果治疗14d后,治疗组总有效率为94.12%,对照组为76.47%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后FEV1/FVC、FEV1占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)及血氧饱和度(SaO2)均明显好转,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,治疗组优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗COPD能明显改善临床症状,改善肺功能,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods Sixty eight patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from September 2010 to November 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine for conventional anti-infection and relieving asthma. On basis of the treatment of control group, the treatment group was given oral self-made Chinese herbal preparation, one a- gent a day, 7 days were as a course. Both groups were treated for 2 courses. Results After 14 days of treatment, the total effective rate was 94.12% in the treatment group and 76.47% in the control group, there was statistically significant differ- ence between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the results of FEV1/FVC, FEV1%, PaO2, PaCO2 and SaO2 were all improved （P 〈 0.05）; after treatment, the efficacy of treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in COPD can improve the clinical symptoms and the lung function. It has good safety and is worthy of clinical application.
