负压静脉穿刺法临床应用体会

The experience of negative-pressure venipuncture in the clinical

目的探讨负压静脉穿刺法用于静脉穿刺困难患者的效果,以提高静脉穿刺成功率。方法将600例静脉穿刺困难患者随机等分为试验组及对照组。对照组采用常规穿刺法,试验组采用负压技术穿刺。结果在肥胖、脱水、休克、静脉显示不佳、血管细的患者中,试验组静脉穿刺成功率均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对不同穿刺部位(小儿头皮静脉、胸腹部表浅静脉、手足背细小静脉)的患者,试验组的穿刺成功率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压技术可显著提高静脉穿刺成功率,有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of negative-pressure applying in patients having diiticulties in vempuncture. Methods A total of 600 patients having difficulties in venipuncture were randomly divided into two equal groups： the experimental group and the control group, and negative-pressure venipuncture and conventional venipuncture technique were used in two groups respectively. Results Among the patients who were obese, dehydration, shock, or had unclear vein or fine blood vessels, the experimental group＇s venipuncture success rate of patients were higher than control group, and the differences between the two groups were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Similarly, for different sites of venipuneture （scalp veins, superficial veins of the chest and abdomen, small veins of hand, foot and back）, the venipuncture success rate of experimental group were also higher than that of control group, and the differences between two groups were significant （p〈 0.05）. Conclusion The negative-pressure technique can significantly improve the success rate of venipuncture, and has important value in the clinical.
